1. General
1-1 The following sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to all our deliveries and services.
1-2 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as these terms and conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Prices
All prices are in euros, including VAT. See point 3 for shipping costs.

3. Shipping costs
3-1 For shipping orders within the Netherlands and Belgium with a value of €20 or more, HappyRainyDays does not charge postage costs.
3-2 Depending on the number of items/volume, we will ship your order in an envelope or parcel. Different rates apply outside the Netherlands. We can send these to you upon request: info@happyrainydays.nl

4. Payment
4-1 After placing an order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with an overview of your order and the total costs, including shipping costs.
4-2 Each order is shipped after payment has been received. You can pay:
– directly and online by credit card (Eurocard, Mastercard, and Visa) or iDEAL.
4-3 HappyRainyDays will send you an email confirmation once your payment has been received.

5. Delivery
5-1 All items will be shipped to PostNL or DHL the same day, provided they are ordered before 4:00 PM and on working days, after receipt of payment.
5-2 If, for any reason, delivery to PostNL or DHL within 5 business days is not possible, you will be contacted by email.
5-3 A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email.
5-4 PostNL and DHL usually deliver within 3 days, provided the delivery address is within the Netherlands.
5-5 All clothing is available from stock. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately. If HappyRainyDays is unable to fulfill your order, or can only fulfill part of it, within 30 days, you will be notified and have the option to cancel the order free of charge.
5-6 If the package cannot be delivered due to absence after two delivery attempts, it will be returned to HappyRainyDays. We will not refund shipping costs.
5-7 HappyRainyDays is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or loss or damage by PostNL or DHL.

6. Returns and exchanges
6-1 HappyRainyDays makes every effort to deliver a perfect product. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with (part of) your order, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving it. If you wish to return an item via PostNL (see returns), we charge a €5.95 return shipping fee. Return shipping from Belgium is €9.95.
We will then refund the purchase amount minus the return costs to the account from which the item was paid within 10 working days.

6-2 You can register your return via the following link: return form

6-3 After receiving the returned item, HappyRainyDays will refund the paid amount (minus the return costs) to your bank account within 10 business days or send you a different size.
6-4 No returns will be accepted if:
• the clothing has been worn and/or washed
• you have attempted to repair a defect yourself
• you have not followed the instructions for use
6-5 If the customer has received a (partially) incorrect order, HappyRainyDays will ensure that the correct items are sent.
6-6 These return policies apply only to countries within the European Union (EU). Outside the European Union, different return policies apply.

7. Liability
7-1 The delivered items possess the properties you would expect under the agreement with normal use. You can submit any complaints to us in writing or by email.
7-2 The content of this site has been compiled with the utmost care. However, HappyRainyDays cannot guarantee that certain information is inaccurate and/or incomplete. HappyRainyDays is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
7-3 HappyRainyDays is not responsible for typographical errors that may inadvertently result in an incorrect sales price being displayed. If this occurs, HappyRainyDays will adjust the price as soon as possible.
7-4 HappyRainyDays cannot be held responsible for color deviations due to screen quality.

8. Force Majeure
Without prejudice to its other rights, HappyRainyDays has the right, in the event of force majeure, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by notifying you in writing and without HappyRainyDays being liable for any damages, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

9. Privacy statement
All personal data will be used exclusively by HappyRainyDays and will never be made available to third parties, unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.

10. Questions and suggestions
HappyRainyDays strives for satisfied customers. If you have any questions, complaints, or suggestions about our products and/or services, please let us know by phone or email ( info@happyrainydays.nl ).

11. Disputes
11.1 Agreements between HappyRainyDays and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2 All disputes between the parties shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the province of North Holland.
